-Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent preferred
-Two to four year’s related experience preferred
-Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
-Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions,

-Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
-Valid CA drivers license and salesmen license (can obtain while being trained), clean driving record.
